When you are negative you are reconciled to your fate. But when you are positive you fight against odds.
When you keep fighting it is only natural that one day you will overcome your adversities.
2. Never-say- die attitude
This is an essential attribute you should have when problems after problems envelop your life.
It is so easy to give up. If you do so you will never see dawn in the darkness of your life.
You will drown if you do not move your limbs when you are in the sea. Likewise you will fail in life if you do not keep trying.
You fight and fight vigorously – you ultimately win.
This is the simple fact of life.
3. Never ever lose hope
When you lose hope everything is lost.
Hope is the best and only medicine for your adversities.
Hope acts like an anchor when your minds seethes in agony in a desperate search for a way out of your problems. It pacifies your troubled mind.

Your family plays an effective and telling role in your struggle for survival. Your love for them makes you have a hold in life. Good family relationship gives you immense courage to fight till the end.
When I was suffering the worst trauma of my life I held on to the love for my daughter. Believe me, it gave me sheer guts to fight. It was my duty to protect and shield her. It geared me up to fight against my adversities.

l always emphasize this aspect when I write about hardships, sufferings, struggle. If you let yourself go appearance wise, it will affect you mentally.
Disheveled appearance makes you stooped in worry, ever frowning in anger, depressive in thoughts and mentally sick.
Your well-groomed appearance makes the outside world see that you are a fighter and not a loser. Your outward appearance acts like a shield to your hardship. You like yourself a lot when you look good. The criticizing world takes a step back when you move forward with confidence and swagger.

When you are suffering no amount of pep talk from others will help you. But when you give yourself pep talk you start believing it. When you visualize your success, you take initiative steps to overcome hurdles.
Your belief acts like a paddle to make you tide over sea of problems.
